Dear Gael Aquatic Club Swimmers & Parents:
A
belated Happy Easter to all and warmest wishes as spring finally seems to be
here. Below you will find 3 meets with sign up deadlines. All swimmers who
wish to attend must sign up at poolside or via email or phone call to Bryan
Dorsey (bdorsey@gaelac.com or 632-5913).
1. Middies Pentathlon - 10's and
12's Saturday, May 1st - 5:30 PM warm up. 8 and Unders Sunday, May 2nd - 5:30
PM warm up.
swimmers will swim 5 events and their combined times will be added for final
results. This is a short course 25 yard meet the meet info link can be found

All swimmers must sign up by Monday,
April 19th.
2. Long Island Aquatic Club
Spring Kickoff - 12
and under Saturday and Sunday, May 15th and 16th - 8:00 AM warm up. 13 and
overs Saturday, May 15th - 5:00 PM warm up and Sunday, May 16th - 1:30 PM
warm up. This is a long course 50 meter meet. Meet info can be found at http://www.nliac.com/Meets/SS04/SpringKickoff2004.pdf.
All swimmers must sign up by Monday,
April 26th. We will also have an info link on our web site at www.gaelac.com.
3. Long
Island Aquatic Club Summertime Classic
- 12 and Unders Saturday and Sunday, June 5th and 6th - 8:00 AM warm up. 13
and overs Saturday and Sunday June 5th and 6th - 4:00 PM warm up. Meet info

This is a long course 50 meter meet. All
swimmers must sign up by Monday May 3rd.
Please sign up as quickly as possible because these meets will fill up very
quickly and we do not want to miss out on the opportunities.
Also please note:
- Our signup for our Awards dinner closes April 28, info was direct mailed to all and will be posted on our web site soon.
- We continue to have cars waiting for swimmers outside the lower double doors by the shallow end of the pool, Standing for IMMEDIATE pickup is OK. Parking is not allowed you must be with your car ready to move or you will be ticket, towed or subject to “booting”.
- Final Future team session is this Saturday, trophies will be presented. TAG I has ended and will receive their trophies at the May 4 dinner.
