Greetings & Welcome!

If you are new to our program, one of the primary methods of communication is via “distribution e-mails”.

These e-mails are issued from my Iona address and can be sent to as many e-mails addresses as you would like (i.e., home, office, mom, dad, swimmer, etc). They will also be archived on our web site for future reference (www.gaelac.com).

These e-mails, combined with our poolside bulletin board (for meet sign-ups and results) and our web site, should give you the latest information possible.

Several important updates:

1.       Our first bulletin board sign-up deadline is this Wednesday, Sept. 22 for the Oct. 1+2 Condors USS meet at Westchester  Community College. The meet is recommended for all TAG 1 over swimmers. Info is on the poolside bulletin board.

2.       Bryan Dorsey, Head Coach, is coordinating all issues regarding placement. Please contact him via e-mail (bdorsey@gaelac.ocm) for any questions.

3.       Bills will be mailed out by October 1 and will be due in 14 days. Credit card and Time payment plans will be detailed.

4.       Final rosters with phone numbers as well as updated calendars will be issued by month’s end.

5.       If you need an immediate answer to a question, please contact Nick via e-mail or at the number below and he will help.

6.       Please make sure your swimmer has picked up a newsletter a practice.

7.       Finally with our Great Adventure Trip scheduled for this Saturday, there will be no practices on Sat. Sept. 25. Our first Saturday session will be October 2.
