Hopefully
by know all of you have seen our website located at www.gaelac.com
and reviewed our newsletter; looked at the team bulletin and sign-up boards in
the shallow end of the pool area. The next key item to be aware of is our
distribution e-mails. These are issued from my office and distributed team
wide and also posted on the web site. They contain the latest information and
updates and allow you to communicate with the staff in a timely and efficient
matter.
Where

Note
these important reminders:
- Our
newsletter is available poolside and soon at the web site.
- The
calendars for September and October are at www.gaelac.com
- Bills
should be mailed by weeks end and will include information on time and
credit card payments.
- Suit
and equipment sales are this Thursday and Friday (4-7pm) poolside.
Equipment order forms will be available on line in the next 24 hours.
- Our
first competition will be this Saturday, September 27 for all TAG 1 and
over swimmers from 10-Noon. Everyone will swim all 4 strokes at the 25
(8-under); 50 (9-12) and 100-yard (13+ ages).
- There
are a variety of meet sign-ups located on the bulletin boards in the
shallow end of the pool. These “sign-ups” are for our all important
United States Swimming Meets (USS) and are located in a variety of areas
(White Plains Y and Asphalt Green, NYC) almost everyone on TAG 1 and over
is eligible to attend these meets. They allow for a variety of events and
distances and are strongly recommended. Please review the specific days,
dates and times of these meets. There are large entry fees (which we pay
from your fees); however, we do not enter swimmers without signup and
frown on no-shows and cancellations.
- One
word of caution, parents are asked to help us keep swimmers and siblings
OFF the top of the bleachers when not swimming.
